Natural Light Portraiture
I love shooting portraits. I don't mean typical sit there with a half-smile and look uncomfortable things that we see all over business reports... I mean something interesting. At the least a portrait should be interesting, perhaps the sitter should look like they just heard a really good joke. At the best, a good portrait shows us a person in a way that we've never seen them before, a way in which they look brand new.
All that being said, I try to get people to look good and intelligent, and make an interesting picture.
A person should see a portrait of him or herself and fall in love with who they are. On a good day.
